BBC NOW 6 MOTORBIKES STRONG!

Two new faces who attend­ed our August Pastor’s Con­fer­ence have now com­plet­ed their BBC basic train­ing. They began their “field tri­als” with BAWANA GAMES this week by rid­ing out with the BBC Motor­bike Team. As I write this, they are out play­ing games with over 1,000 chil­dren in 3 remote vil­lages of Balama.

Under the lead­er­ship of BBC Leader Car­l­i­tos Jorge, these 2 men have shown remark­able skill in deal­ing with the very large crowds of vil­lage chil­dren. That takes patience and a true love for chil­dren, for it is not an easy task when many of the chil­dren show lit­tle respect for authority.

I take my hat off to ALL the BBC Teams for how they train the chil­dren with love, while show­ing them there is a bet­ter way of life because Jesus loves them. Say­ing they are mak­ing an IMPACT, is putting it light­ly, for their work is bring­ing 1000’s of all ages to JESUS, and new church­es are being plant­ed because of it.

It takes team­work to han­dle 60kg sacks com­ing off the tall pil­lars in our barns.

NEW “UNDER THE TREE CHURCHES” OPEN IN 2 COUNTIES 

The Man­go Tree Sis­ter Church of Mpaca Vil­lage opened a NEW BAWANA GAMES pro­gram this month in Magua­ia Vil­lage, Bala­ma Dis­trict. Over 100 adults and chil­dren attend­ed, which looks promis­ing for a new church to be planted.

NAMUNO DISTRICT LEADER, Pas­tor Alber­to, plant­ed a NEW CHURCH in the vil­lage of Rola­cala with 30 men, 27 women, 35 teenagers, and 70 chil­dren attend­ing. This is a real break­through as many of the men and teenage boys have been absent from their fam­i­lies due to the open­ing of a small gold dig­ging project in this Dis­trict  Seems the jobs played out, so many are return­ing to their home villages.

Pas­tor Alber­to stat­ed that a FEMALE WITCHDOCTOR has accept­ed JESUS, PTL! This ex-Witch Doc­tor will be BURNING her “witch hut” this week­end. This is a BIG THING in these vil­lages and brings many to Christ who once fol­lowed her div­ina­tion to Satan.

BAWANA GAMES NOW REACHING FOR A HIGHER GOAL!

Our 11 Remote Bala­ma Pas­tors report­ed 52 NEW ADULT/ TEENAGE CONVERTS in last 60 days.  PTL! BAWANA GAMES atten­dance led by these same 11 Pas­tors was 4,623 CHILDREN per WEEK in 32 loca­tions! BBC BAWANA GAMES ATTENDANCE: 16,943 per WEEK!

WE HAVE NOW EXCEEDED OUR 2018 GOAL OF REACHING 20,000 CHILDREN per WEEK FOR JESUS!!! IN THESE LAST DAYS THE HUNGER FOR JESUS IS GROWING. IT IS THE CHILDREN WHO ARE LEADING THEM, FOR THEY ARE THE GOOD GROUND TALKED ABOUT IN THE BIBLE.

FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS NOW POSSIBLE IN REMOTE KWE KWE AREA

The rainy sea­son did some seri­ous dam­age to the main road to Kwe Kwe/Tiwany area where 500 orphans live. Our trucks could not trav­el it heav­i­ly loaded with­out risk­ing major dam­age. Bro­ken trucks mean our whole food dis­tri­b­u­tion pro­gram would come to a halt, so we could not risk it in Sept. Road repairs are ongo­ing, but it looks like it will be Novem­ber before the road will be open to heavy trucks.

JESUS SHOWS US THE WAY

Manuel, our Head Dri­ver, scout­ed a back road this week and found an “out of the way” alter­na­tive route our trucks can safe­ly trav­el to these chil­dren. NO MATTER THE DISTANCE, our 2 trucks will roll out this week with over 10 TONS of corn and beans to bring life-sav­ing food to these children.

BUSH BUNNY TIDBITS:

1. Both new babies in our care are gain­ing weight after 10 days with us.

2. Tiny, pre­ma­ture Vic­to­ria SET A NEW RECORD by gain­ing 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) in 10 days. Vic­to­ria is now 6.6 lbs. (3kg) and show­ing AMAZING progress. Just shows all of us what a baby is capa­ble of if giv­en prop­er feedings.

3. Food was deliv­ered this last week to the Ele­phant Vil­lage kids who are all look very healthy. Keep them in prayer, for the ele­phants and baboons in their area are hun­gry, putting any­one with corn at high risk.

4.  BAWANA GAMES MOTORBIKE TEAMS will be expand­ing to 2 new areas this month.
