EASTER SUNDAY, A DAY OF CELEBRATION The Sunday sunrise brought clear skies and fluffy white clouds over the horizon. It was a beautiful day to celebrate our King’s Resurrection. I was invited to the Catholic Sister’s Home for lunch along with many of their friends. It was great having a “family” of Brothers and Sisters in Christ to celebrate with. The food was beyond great, and the fellowship one of laughter and joy. Sitting next to the little boys at the table, it was a pleasure to fix their plates, and just be a great helper that day to the younger generation. I hope your day was also a great celebration of love and kindness, for that is what our Lord Jesus would want on His Resurrection Day. Hugs and Blessings to you all! |

BUSH BUNNY TIDBITS Six-week-old baby Reginia was released from the hospital on Tuesday this week! Malaria test was negative after 10 days of IV medications. YEAH!!! (She now weighs 3.5kg/7.7 lbs.) |
Baby Reginia ready to try staying home for good this time. |
Seven of our 3‑year-old toddlers are now four years old. Our under 5‑year-old children now fall into the following categories: 6 weeks to 1 year = 12 infants 1 to 2‑year-olds = 8 infants 2 to 3‑year-olds = 4 toddlers 4‑year-olds = 7 children (in pre-school) 5‑year-olds = 3 children (in pre-school) Last but not least, my office manager, Capena, has the MUMPS! YIKES!!! Sadly, he never had them as a child, but is doing well with mild symptoms after 5 days of chipmunk cheeks. Praying this ends quickly without further complications. Pray for all of us, as it also leaves me with a heavier load than usual with Capena out till next week. BLESSINGS, BUSH BUNNY BRENDA LANGE AND THE BALAMA STAFF |
