URGENT — ZITO NEEDS YOUR PRAYERS
Sweet Zito, our 16-year-old handicapped child has been fighting a hip infection through 4 rounds of different antibiotics with nothing stopping it. After seeing 3 different doctors, our Balama doctor feels Zito’s life is in danger, for his infection is now resistant to the meds they have.
A few photos of Zito through the years since Brenda first met him in June 2012.
The doctor stated that a consult with a private hospital in Nampula is necessary and removal of the infected area is the most likely solution. Zito will enter the Name Hospital on Monday.
I have no idea of the costs, but will keep you informed for our medical funds are not enough to cover an illness of this type. Consult with tests will run $500 or more.
Prayers and love gifts are greatly appreciated. We’ll know more next week after they determine if an operation is needed.
Editors note: Brenda’s internet was out today, so she gave us this update via cell service. We felt the situation was urgent enough that we needed to reach out to you all as soon as possible with this brief note. I’ve added some older photos of Zito along with a more recent one from earlier this summer. Thank you for your prayer covering.
BLESSINGS,
BUSH BUNNY BRENDA LANGE
