URGENT — ZITO NEEDS YOUR PRAYERS

Sweet Zito, our 16-year-old hand­i­capped child has been fight­ing a hip infec­tion through 4 rounds of dif­fer­ent antibi­otics with noth­ing stop­ping it. After see­ing 3 dif­fer­ent doc­tors, our Bala­ma doc­tor feels Zito’s life is in dan­ger, for his infec­tion is now resis­tant to the meds they have.

The doc­tor stat­ed that a con­sult with a pri­vate hos­pi­tal in Nam­pu­la is nec­es­sary and removal of the infect­ed area is the most like­ly solu­tion. Zito will enter the Name Hos­pi­tal on Monday. 

I have no idea of the costs, but will keep you informed for our med­ical funds are not enough to cov­er an ill­ness of this type. Con­sult with tests will run $500 or more.

Prayers and love gifts are great­ly appre­ci­at­ed. We’ll know more next week after they deter­mine if an oper­a­tion is needed.
