JESUS LOVES THE LITTLE CHILDREN
JESUS was very clear in the Bible that we are to LOVE ALL CHILDREN who come across our path, no matter what. Our 6 man BBC (Bush Bikers for Christ) Bicycle Team works with a “Sea of Children” each day, who are learning of His Love. LOVE does not come naturally to all, for it is the Love of Jesus that changes us into showing compassion to others.
A sea of children in every village.
Last week, this 6 man team taught God’s Word to over 7,000 children in 12 villages around the Balama town area. Check out the faces in the photos. These are just some that your love is touching each week.

THANK YOU FOR CARING AND SHARING WITH JESUS’ LITTLE CHILDREN IN 2018. BECAUSE YOU SHARE YOUR LOVE, OTHERS ARE LEARNING TO LOVE.
CHRISTMAS IS ABOUT A BABY IN A MANAGER.
Jesus being the “reason for the season” is the story our children know and love. THANKS TO 3 GENEROUS DONORS, our children will celebrate JESUS’ BIRTH with a goat and rice feast, games, candy, and cookies for over 180 children and their foster mothers on Dec. 21st.
OUR CHRISTMAS FEAST is a bit different since paper plates/cups do not exist here. Our staff supplies the food, but to eat, you must bring your own plate and cup. To include the 60+ street children who come to our Sunday School, I’m asking for a helping hand… or two.
The 60+ street children who come to our Sunday School will be joining us on Dec. 21st for Jesus’ Birthday Party. My Staff reminded me that these 50 children do not have a plate or cup to eat from. Most eat from the “family pan” when their Mom fixes their food. My heart is to provide them with a plate and cup of their own to take home. $3 per child is all that is needed. Total: $180
Village kids send their greetings to all of you.
If you can help with any amount, please EMAIL ME (or call the office and let Linda know if you don’t have email) so I know the gift is coming and can get the plates/cups organized. Thank you to all who have given towards the JESUS BIRTHDAY PARTY so that our kids can celebrate the day that our SAVIOR was born.
And for sure, our children know “the reason for the season”.

ZITO JOINS OUR FAMILY PERMANENTLY! YIPPEE!
Zito’s desire for more advanced schooling as well as his need to be closer to the Balama hospital were the key points in requesting his family to allow him to move into our Boy’s Dorm for teenagers. All documents for his school transfer were received last week, so this young man is very happy indeed.
School is out, and out 5 other dorm boys are off visiting their Aunts or Uncles for a few days. To keep Zito busy, I gave him paper, colored pencils, and a wildlife book, for this young man loves to draw. He is very shy, but I finally got him to show me his work.
Zito finally shows me his artwork!
MEDICAL NOTE: Zito only has 1 abscess that still requires daily care, and we believe that the new medicine plus prayer will soon dry up that spot also.
Enjoy the cold, for in Balama it is in the mid 90’s (33C) daily with 90% humidity as the rainy season hangs over us. Ugh. Makes for a limp eared Bunny for sure!
No dashing through the snow for this Bunny! More like Hopping through the hot sand! Tee Hee!
