TEN ORPHANS RECEIVE NEW BEDS IN THEIR NEW HOME

Thanks to a very gen­er­ous donor in San Anto­nio, TX, our orphaned/abandoned group of 8 chil­dren (ages 3 to 12), plus 2 small infants, now live in a new, very com­fort­able “super complex”.

The kids were so very excit­ed to move in last week, and could not stay out of their new sand box play area, so that is where I took the pho­to!  If you count heads you will notice that a friend of one of the old­er boys snuck into the pho­to. Oh well, they are a hap­py fam­i­ly for sure!

The 2 large bed­rooms plus Fos­ter Moth­er accom­mo­da­tion is accent­ed by a large indoor cooking/eating area fea­tur­ing 2 “kid sized” tables. Two bathing/toilet areas and an addi­tion­al “roofed and con­crete floored” out­door eating/play area makes it plen­ty big enough for this large family.

This “super mod­el” of orphan com­plex­es took a year to build, but it was much need­ed with so many young, grow­ing chil­dren.  As you know, kids need “room to grow”, and now they have it!

THANK YOU for putting smiles on their lit­tle faces, for they know that Jesus tru­ly loves them. One fos­ter moth­er stat­ed that this home sur­pass­es any­thing she had ever hoped to live in.

FOUR FOOD GIVE OUTS IN 4 DAYS …

makes for a hap­py, but very tired “Food Dis­tri­b­u­tion Team”. Load­ing and Unload­ing 15.3 TONS of corn and beans this week is no easy feat, but our group “goes the extra mile” so that hun­gry orphans can stay healthy.  We are “push­ing” to get the food dis­tri­b­u­tions com­plet­ed as soon as pos­si­ble, for weath­er signs are point­ing towards an ear­ly rainy sea­son. A hard rain last week, fol­lowed by dark clouds every day this week is mak­ing every­one a bit ner­vous. The rainy sea­son isn’t sup­posed to begin till late November.

Thank you to all who make this pro­gram pos­si­ble, for it saves the lives of those who are the future of Mozambique.

Hap­py Vil­lage Orphans gath­er to say THANK YOU for your Love Gifts so they can eat a bet­ter diet.

This Granny and her 2 grand­chil­dren walked sev­er­al miles to fetch their food por­tion. Your love gifts pro­vide new clothes each year.  New clothes are being made for over 1,100 orphans as I write, and will be dis­trib­uted in ear­ly November. 

Each food give out begins with a Devo­tion Time. Pas­tor Fred teach­es from a Bible Sto­ry to all who will receive your gifts. 

ELEVEN CHURCHES were plant­ed in remote vil­lages over the last 8 years because our Food Team took the Word of God to over 1000 spir­i­tu­al­ly hun­gry vil­lagers at each food give out.

TOGETHER, WE ARE IMPACTING THE MULTITUDES OF THIS AREA WITH THE LOVE OF JESUS!
